Terms of Sale

Last updated : 2026-07-14 — Previous version : 2026-06-11

ℹ️ This policy was updated on 2026-07-14 to reflect three changes to the service: (1) the activation of the card payment module (Stripe) for Pro / SME plans, with invoice issuance and retention; (2) the introduction of the subscription system (“following” users and local authorities to receive their new content); (3) clarification of invoice handling upon account deletion (10-year legal retention with anonymization). These changes require no new consent: they fall under contract performance and legal obligations. Since 14/07/2026, a single welcome (onboarding) email may be sent to verified accounts that remain inactive one week after signing up; it relies on legitimate interest, stays informative and includes an unsubscribe link.

1. Seller identification

The GeoTag Pro Business service is sold by:

OneForAll Distribution
Registered office: 6 bis place du bastion Saintes
SIRET: 10032309600014
Phone: 06 03 21 15 51
Email: contact@oneforall-distribution.fr
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern subscriptions to the paid Pro Business plan of GeoTag. Free use of the service remains governed by the Terms of Use. Subscribing constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

3. The Pro Business plan

The Pro Business plan is intended for businesses holding a valid company registration. It grants access, for the subscription term, to the professional area: claiming and managing places, publishing job offers, events and promotions, audience statistics, influencer outreach and data export.

Access is subject to prior verification of the registration document provided at signup. If verification fails, no amount is charged and the trial ends.

4. Prices

VAT is not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code): the amounts shown are the amounts actually due. Prices in force are those displayed in the application at the time of subscription.

OneForAll Distribution may change its prices. Any change is notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and applies no earlier than the end of the current period. A Client who does not accept the new price may cancel free of charge before that date.

5. Trial period

Subscribing includes a 30-day trial. The payment card is registered at signup but no amount is charged before the end of the trial. The Client may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by card through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No full card details are stored by OneForAll Distribution. An invoice is made available in the Client's account after each payment.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. The Client may cancel at any time from their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with access maintained until then and no further charge. No pro-rata refund is made for a period already started, except where the right of withdrawal applies.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Client acting as a consumer has fourteen (14) days from subscription to withdraw, without giving reasons or incurring penalties, by sending an unambiguous statement to contact@oneforall-distribution.fr. Reimbursement is made within fourteen days of receipt.

This right does not apply as of right to a business Client subscribing for the purposes of its activity, except where it employs fewer than six people and the contract falls outside its main field of activity.

9. Failed payment

  1. Retry. The Client is notified by email; further attempts may be made over a 7-day period from the first failure.
  2. Suspension. Failing payment, Pro Business features are suspended and the account reverts to the free plan. Account, content and free features remain accessible.
  3. Reinstatement. Payment of outstanding amounts immediately restores the plan, at no reactivation cost.

No data is deleted because of a failed payment. Between businesses, late payment gives rise by operation of law to late-payment interest at the ECB refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points, and to a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

10. Client obligations

The Client warrants the accuracy of the information provided, in particular its company registration and its authority to represent the declared business, and undertakes to publish content that complies with the law and the Terms of Use.

11. Availability and liability

OneForAll Distribution has a best-efforts obligation regarding availability. No commercial result, visit volume or revenue is guaranteed. Liability is in any event limited to the amounts paid by the Client over the last twelve months, save for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

12. Personal data

Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Billing data is kept for ten years under accounting obligations.

13. Mediation and disputes

Please first contact contact@oneforall-distribution.fr. Failing an amicable solution, a consumer Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge (art. L612-1 of the French Consumer Code) or the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms are governed by French law; a consumer Client retains the right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.
